بررسي اثر تغييرات دانه بندي مصالح بر مقاومت، تخلخل و وزن واحد حجم بتن سبك مورد استفاده در سازههاي مسكوني

بتن هاي سبك علاوه بر كاهش وزن سازه ها، مي تواند در راستاي كاهش مصرف انرژي، كاهش مصالح مصرفي و كاهش فضاي مرده سازه، نقش بسيار چشمگيري را داشته باشند. ارتقاء و بهبود اين خواص ويژه در بتن هاي سبك، مسلتزم به كارگيري مصالح مناسب و طرح اختلاط بهينه مي باشد. هدف از اين تحقيق، بررسي تغييرات خواص بتن در اثر تغييرات دانه بندي مصالح مورد استفاده مي باشد. در اين تحقيق سبكدانه هاي مصرفي، ليكا و اسكوري مي باشد كه خواص مكانيكي و فيزيكي آن ها، پس از بررسي براي استفاده در اين تحقيق، مناسب تشخيص داده شد. مبناي تحقيق، طرح اختلاطي با نسبت آب به سيمان ثابت و دانه بندي متفاوت استوار مي باشد كه با بررسي و تحليل نتايج حاصل از انجام آزمايش ها مشخص گرديد با كاهش نسبت شن مصرفي و اندازه شن، مقاومت و وزن واحد حجم افزايش و تخلخل كاهش پيدا مي كند.
