پيشگيري از وقوع جرائم با استفاده از راهبردهاي طراحي محيطي CPTED در بافت قديم (نمونه موردي: بافت قديم شيراز)

Crime prevention through environmental design strategies (CPTED) in the old shiraz fabric

امروزه توجه به مفهوم امنيت شهروندان و روش هاي ارتقاء آن، به عنوان يكي از اولويت هاي اساسي تئوري پردازان شهري تبديل شده است. جدا از اثرات اجتماعي و فرهنگي ناشي از برنامه ريزي و طراحي محيط هاي امن شهري بر الگوهاي رفتار شهروندي و بهبود كيفيت محيطي، تبيين ويژگي ها و اثرات مترتب در نقش كالبدي شهر بر كاهش جرايم شهري، موضوع مستقل و بااهميتي است كه در قالب تئوري هاي نوين شهرسازي بدان اشاره مي شود. در مقاله حاضر پس از ذكر مقدمه اي بر انگيزه و ضرورت هاي نظري در حوزه امنيت عمومي شهري، به نقش كالبدي شهر (برنامه ريزي و طراحي شهري) در منطقه بافت فرسوده شيراز در كاهش و پيشگيري از جرم و جرايم شهري در رويكرد CPTED اشاره مي شود و مفاهيم، اصول و استراتژي هاي اين رويكرد به اختصار مورد اشاره قرار مي گيرد. هدف مقاله حاضر بررسي مراحل تكامل رويكرد پيشگيري از جرم توسط طراحي محيط، به عنوان مهم ترين رويكرد در جلوگيري از وقوع جرم و ايجاد امنيت محيطي با استفاده از طراحي و سپس ارائه راهكارهايي براي كمك به معماران و طراحان شهري در جهت طراحي محيط ايمن در برابر جرايم است. از اين نظر كه بافت هاي فرسوده مكان مستعدي براي پيدايش و رشد جرايم به شمار مي آيند؛ اين پژوهش ها بر تأثير ويژگي هاي كالبدي و ريخت شناسانه شهري بر وقوع آسيب هاي اجتماعي تأكيد دارند و نتايج به دست آمده نيز مؤيد اين رابطه و تأثير است.

Today, according to the concept of citizens ` security and methods of promoting it, as one of the basic priorities of the theory of urban artists. Apart from the social and cultural effects arising from the planning and design of urban environment securitybased on the patterns of citizenship behavior and improve environmental quality, explaining the features and effects of this physical role in urban crime, reducing the city`s independent and subject matter that is in the form of the new urbanism theorydoes refers. In the present article, after mentioning an introduction to motivation and theoretical necessity in the field of urban public security, physical role (planning and urban design) in the region of Shiraz in reducing decay and urban crime and crime prevention CPTED approach can be referred and the concepts, principles and strategies for the approach to the brevity. The aim of the present paper reviews the steps of evolution approach crime prevention by design environment, as the most important approach in the prevention of crime and the creation of environmental security using the design and then provide guidelines to help architects and urban designers to design a safe environment against crime. From this comment that the texture of the worn places prone to Genesis and growth come to the crime; it`s research on the impact of physical and aesthetic features of urban morphology on the occurrence of social harm and insist the results also confirms this relationship and impact.
