موفقيت يك پروژه از بزرگ‌ترين و مهم‌ترين اهداف و دغدغه‌هاي مديران و كليه افراد درگير در يك پروژه است كه به‌نوعي وحدت‌بخش تلاش و كوشش تمام اعضاي تيم پروژه است. هدف از موفقيت پروژه‌هاي عمراني دولتي كاهش هزينه، زمان، افزايش كيفيت و رضايتمندي جامعه و دولت به‌عنوان مشتريان اصلي مي‌باشد. عوامل زيادي بر موفقيت طرح‌هاي عمراني مؤثر است كه شناسايي اين عوامل كمك شاياني به اجراي موفقيت‌آميز طرح‌ها و پروژه‌هاي عمراني مي‌كند كه مي‌توان يكي از اصلي‌ترين و مهم‌ترين اين عوامل را تيم مديريت پروژه نام برد. هدف اصلي تحقيق ارتباط تأثيرگذار تشكيل تيم مديريت و موفقيت پروژه هاي عمراني مي‌باشد. براي اين منظور از روش تحقيق كتابخانه‌اي و ميداني و با ابزار جمع‌آوري اطلاعات به شكل پرسشنامه در قالب 15 سؤال براي جامع آماري 30 نفر از مديران و دست‌اندركاران پروژه‌هاي موفق دولتي در جايگاه كارفرما، مشاور و پيمانكار، تجزيه‌وتحليل داده‌هاي جمع‌آوري‌شده به روش آمار توصيفي انجام گرفت. نتايج حاصل بيانگر آن است كه ضعف و نارسايي عوامل مديريتي مانع موفقيت كامل اجراي پروژه‌هاي عمراني دولتي و با در نظر گرفتن مواردي چون: 1- تشكيل تيم در سازمان‌دهي پروژه داراي اهميت بالايي مي باشد، 2- توانمندسازي تيم مديريت به‌عنوان يكي از عوامل موفقيت پروژه‌ها در جايگاه سازماني پيمانكار ضروري مي باشد،3- ارتباط كاري اعضاي تيم در موفقيت مديريت پروژه نقش مهمي دارد.

The success of a project of the largest and most important goals and concerns of managers and all those involved in a project that is a sort of unifying efforts and efforts of all the members of the project team. The objective of reducing the cost of government projects success, time, increase the quality and satisfaction of society and the State as the main customer. Several factors affect the success of effective development plans that identify these factors help the successful implementation of the plan to shayani and development projects, which can be one of the most original and the most important of these factors is the name of the project management team. The main objective of the study was the relationship had formed the management team and the success of the projects. For this purpose, the methodology of empirical research and library and information gathering tools to shape the questionnaire in the form of a comprehensive statistical examination for 15 to 30 managers and those involved in the projects of the State in the position of a successful client, consultant and contractor, karyotype analysis of data collected to the methods of descriptive statistics. The results showed that success and failure factors of management weaknesses hinder full implementation of government projects and by taking cases because: 1-the project team formed in organizing a high importance, 2-empowerment management team as one of the success factors of the project on the organizational position of the contractor is essential 3-working relationship in the success of the project management team members play an important role.
