شناسايي و ساماندهي فضاي بي دفاع شهري با محوريت جلوگيري از شيوع آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي؛ نمونه موردي محله 5 منطقه 9 شهرداري تهران

امنيت يكي از ابعاد كيفي مهم در زندگي در شهرها به حساب مي‌آيد، كه ارتباط مستقيمي با ابعاد كالبدي و ساختار فيزيكي شهرها دارد. عدم امنيت، بر هم‌زننده آرامش، رضايت و احساس تعلق انسان‌ها به محل زندگي‌شان مي‌باشد كه اين امر، موجبات عدم مشاركت و عدم مسئوليت پذيري ساكنان، نسبت به تمامي مسائل در فضاي زندگي و فعاليت آن‌ها به حساب مي‌آيد. عدم مشاركت، بستري مستعد براي بروز انواع مسائل اجتماعي و در پي آن آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي و در نهايت خلق فضايي بي دفاع در مقابل انواع جرم و بزه خواهد بود. از اين‌رو بهترين راه براي ايجاد امنيت، جلوگيري از ايجاد فضاهاي بي دفاع شهري و پيشگيري از عوامل به وجودآورنده آن است. در اين مقاله به بررسي فضاهاي مستعد بي‌دفاعي در محله 5 منطقه 9 شهرداري تهران، صرف‌نظر از تمامي وجوه مثبت اين محله پرداخته شده است تا با ارائه راهكارهاي عملي و معمارانه، تصويري قابل دفاع و امن، به دور از آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي براي اين محله ترسيم گردد. روش جمع‌آوري اطلاعات در اين تحقيق، به صورت كتابخانه‌اي براي آشنايي با پيشينه موضوع و روش ميداني مي‌باشد؛ با حضور در محله، مصاحبه با ساكنان محله و عكس‌برداري از فضاهاي مورد نظر اين تحقيق، به دسته بندي فضاها از نظر قابليت دفاع پرداخته شد. با توجه به ويژگي‌هاي مذكور روش تحقيق مورد استفاده، توصيفي- پيمايشي مي باشد. در انتها با در نظر گرفتن عوامل مؤثر بر عدم امنيت و ايجاد كننده فضاهاي بي‌دفاع، راهكارهاي خلق فضاي قابل دفاع در اين محله در قالب جدولي از پيشنهادات كاربردي، عنوان گرديد تا شايد عاملي راهگشا براي ارتقاي كيفيت زندگي در اين محله و محلات مشابه باشد.

Security is one of the most important dimensions of quality of life in cities, which take into account the direct relation of physical dimensions and the physical structure of the city.
