“Arvin Tabriz Co.” is manufacturer of different type of bogies in Iran. R D department of this company,performing new design for bogies with 25 axle load. This investigation performs standard test demonstrated by UIC 510-3 by means of finite element techniques to analyze deflections and stresses, then we will compare these results with the experimental results from “bogie frame static test platform” on a prototype bogie, to evaluate them. The objective of supernormal load static strength test is checking the chance of permanent deformation happening to bogie frame under maximum load condition in different situations such as vertical loads, braking and transverse forces. Objective of simulating operation load test is checking the happening chance of fatigue cracks on bogie frame under heavy load condition. At the end we found the good agreements.
