In the present research, free vibration analysis of the Hybrid composite beam subjected to clamped-free boundary condition is investigated. The governing equations of a Timoshenko beam are derived and are solved considering the Rayleigh-Ritz method. It is assumed that the material properties of the Hybrid beam are Kevlar and Glass epoxy. Comparing the present results with other experimental literatures in the special case of Hybrid composite beams, indicates an excellent accuracy. Then, the effects of slenderness ratios as well as stacking sequences of the Hybrid composite beam on fundamental frequencies are taken into account.
