The aim of the engineered drug delivery systems for cancer treatment is increasing the efficacy of chemotherapeutic agents while minimizing the interactions with healthy sites in the body [1]. This goal can be achieved by modifying their bio-distribution and controlling the rate at which the agent is released [2]. In this regard, different materials such as porous silica, carbon nanotube, calcium phosphate cement and various polymers have been intensively investigated in drugdelivery systems [3]. Herein, we would like to report preparation of the NIPAAM-functionalized MNPs (NIPAAM@Fe3O4)[4]addition of the DOX medicine to NIPAAM@Fe3O4, and preparation of the related polymer for delivery of DOX with the pH and thermosensitive properties.
