Bimetallic nanoparticles have attracted remarkeble attention owning to their electronic and
catalytic properties as compared to their monometallicnanoparticles [1]. The bimetallic alloy
NPs comprising a noble metal and non precious transition metal such as cobalt, nickel, and
copper show an enhancement in the catalytic activitiesdue to the synergistic effects between
the two different metals [2].Graphen Oxidehave been used as thefavorablesupport for thin
film nanoparticles because of its high surface area, electrical conductivity, high stability [3].
Herein, we report a facileand effective route for preparation of thin film nanoparticlesas
catalyst. Catalytic activity ofthe as-prepared nanocatalyst was investigatedin carbon-carbon
cross-couplings reactions. Thin film nanocatalystwas characterized by transmission electron
microscopy (TEM),energy dispersive analysis of X-ray (EDAX) and X-ray diffraction
(XRD).This catalytic strategy has shown significant advantages such as being recyclable, high
yields and excellent catalytic activities.
