Preparetion and Use of O-(trimethylsilyl)hydroxylamine for N-Hydroxy-α-amino phosphonates Synthesis in Eutectic Solvent

N-Hydroxyphthalimide derivatives are readily obtained in good yields by the reaction of phthalic anhydrides with hydroxylamine hydrochloride in the presence of triethylamine. Benzaldehyde, O-(trimethylsilyl)hydroxylamine, dimethylphosphite were added. The same procedure is successfully applied to remaining compounds.
