The synthesis of magnetic nanoparticles has significant interest for both fundamental researches and applications. Because the magnetic properties strongly depend on condition of aggregation. In this study, Biodegradable maghemite nanoparticles were synthesized by unexpensive and easy co-precipitation method base on coprecipitation reaction of ferrous and ferric salts followed by heat treatment at different temperatures ranging from 60 to 90 °C for 0.5, 1and 2 hours. The samples were analyzed by vibrating sample magnetometry , scanning electron microscopy and Edax.The results indicated that the nanoparticles exhibit maghmite characteristics with a relatively small coercivity of 16Oe and have the maximum saturationmagnetization of 63.4 emu/g and have a particle size 40nm
