The Seidel energy ES(Γ) of graph Γ is defined to be the sum of the absolute values of the eigenvalues of the Seidel matrix of Γ. In this paper, we investigate some results on the Seidel energy of graphs and then we determine the Estrada index of the Seidel matrix of some well-known graphs.
