چكيده فارسي :
پژوهش حاضربه بررسي اهميت و جايگاه روانشناسي در راهنمايي و رانندگي، پرداخته ، زيرا حالات روانشناختي مساله اساسي در رفتار رانندگي به شمار مي رود. اين پژوهش كه به روش كتابخانه اي توصيف و تحليل انجام شده است. به بررسي متغيرهاي تاثيرگذار در راهنمايي ورانندگي كه به دو دسته عوامل انساني ومحيطي تقسيم مي شود، مي پردازد. تاثيرات عوامل انساني ازجمله سن، جنس ، تاهل ، تحصيلات ، شغل ، سلامت جسم و روان ، تاثيرات تفكرات و ويژگي هاي شخصيتي را در راهنمايي و رانندگي بررسي مي كند، تاثير مولفه هاي روانشناختي همچون تيپ شخصيتي ، پرخاشگري ، رانندگان پرخطر، احساس مالكيت، خودنمايي ، توهم امنيت كامل، برداشت هاي گوناگون افراد از حوادث در رفتار رانندگي بيان شده است .هم چنين تاثيرات محيطي ازجمله كيفيت جاده ، ترافيك ، كيفيت اتومبيل ، آب وهوا ، پليس و... بررسي مي شود، اشتباهات رايج رانندگان از ديد روانشناسان اجتماعي مطرح ، راهكارهاي بهبود اخلاق رانندگي كه آموزش در خانواده، مدرسه، فيلم وانيميشن ، آموزش مديريت بحران وكنترل خشم و مهارت هاي اخلاقي در كنار مهارت هاي آموزش رانندگي، بررسي وضعيت سلامت روان و شخصيت راننده قبل از ارايه گواهي نامه و مهارت هاي ارتباطي پليس كه از جمله چگونگي برقراري ايجاد اعتماد ، پرسش كردن ، نفوذ كردن ، برخورد با افراد دشوار و همدلي را در بر مي گيرد.
