The relationship between tolerance of ambiguity and creativity of elementary and secondary school principals school girls first period 9th District Tehran

هدف از پژوهش حاضربررسي رابطه تحمل ابهام و خلاقيت با سبك مديريتي مديران مدارس دخترانه مقطع ابتدايي و متوسطه دوره اول منطقه 9 تهران بود.اين تحقيق از نوع تحقيقات كاربردي ، توصيفي مدل همبستگي بود . جامعه آماري پژوهش كليه مديران مدارس دخترانه در منطقه 9 تهران در سال تحصيلي 96-1395 بودند كه تعداد 96 نفر به روش نمونه گيري در دسترس انتخاب شد. ابزار مورد استفاده پرسشنامه تحمل ابهام (بادنر 1962)، پرسشنامه خلاقيت تورنس (1965) بود . تجزيه و تحليل داده ها به كمك نرم ¬افزارهاي SPSS 23 و Excel انجام شد. نتايج نشان داد بين تحمل ابهام و خلاقيت رابطه آماري معني دار وجود دارد (10/. The main result of this research is to review the relation between Tolerance of ambiguity and creativity at primary and guidence schools(for females only) in first grade at area 9 of tehran. This research was practical and descriptive of corelation model. The statistical society of this research were the managers of these schools in tehran area 9, 95-96 school year that 96 people where chosen by accesicle sampling. The tool used was Tolerance of ambiguity questionnaire (Bodner 1962),creativity torens questionnaire (1965) . the analysis was done by SPSS 23 and excel . the results showed that none of the dimentions of Tolerance of ambiguity had any relation with task-oriented management method and there id a relation between the dimentions of emotions and avoiding chaos and managing style and its positive oriented (P
