ZnO and 10 wt. % Al doped ZnO nanoparticles synthesized by sol-gel method by Zinc Acetate and Al (NO3)3.9H2O as starting material and methanol as solvent. Structure of the nanoparticles investigated by XRD and SEM. XRD results show that nanoparticles have hexagonal wurtzite crystalline structure and by adding Al the intensity of crystallite reduced. SEM images show ZnO nanoparticles have spherical shape which by adding Al the size and adherence of particles reduce and increase respectively. So particles filling properties increase by Al doping ZnO nanoparticles.
