چكيده فارسي :
A Brownian dynamics (BD) with electrostatic calculations using Finite Element Method (FEM) using COMSOL is developed for studying the effects of mobile frequency radiation electromagnetic (EM) fields on the conduction and concentration profile of calcium ions inside the voltage-gated calcium channels. The results of simulation illustrate the variations of conductance, average number of ions and the concentration profiles of ions inside the channels according to the EM radiation. The amount of ionic current inside the channel will increases as the mobile frequency electromagnetic field radiates the structure. In this regard, the concentration profile of the ions indicates the decrease in residency of ions in the channel accordingly.
