Dipicolylamino ligand (DPA) is one of the most commonly employed ligands in chemosensors, providing a tridentate ligand with three nitrogen donors, which is selective to Zn(II). Theoretical studies play an important role in the design and improvement of these types of biosensors. we describe herein a fluorescent chemosensor by a amino acid Sequences of the Phosphorylated Peptides surface. This sensor consists of a sequence of a phosphorylated peptide and a receptor, bis(Zn-DPA), which have been used for recognition of the chloride anion.
