چكيده فارسي :
دربين انواع ادبي «ادب اعتراض» به كلامي جد يا طنز گفته مي‌شود كه به انتقاد از اوضاع اجتماعي و فرهنگي ، ناراستي‌ها و بي عدالتي‌ها و كاستي‌هاي جامعه بپردازد.
ادب اعتراض در طول تاريخ و در ادبيّات جهان همواره وجود داشته و در مقابل ادب درباي يا ادب مدّاحي قرار گرفته است. اين مقام و شخصيّت ادبي مرهون عدالت‌خواهي و درست‌كاري مردان و زناني است كه جان و مال خود را بر سر عقيده و باورهاي خود گذاشته‌اند.
ادب اعتراض ريشه در ادبيّات باستاني دارد و پس از آن بوسيلۀ قرآن مجيد و كلام پيامبر (ص) و ائمه (ع) و بزرگان دين و اوليا خدا و عرفا و فلاسفه تقويت شده است. به همين خاطر شعراي فارسي زبان و عربي زبان با گرايش‌هاي ديني، عرفاني، فلسفي و ...اعتراض خود را به شرايط بد روزگار و بي‌عدالتي‌ها و ناراستي‌هاي قدرت حاكم در قالب اشعار اعتراضي ارائه داده‌اند.
در اين تحقيق ثابت گرديده كه بسياري از شعراي فارسي زبان و عربي زبان با هر گرايش فكري، يك وجه اشتراك دارند و آن اعتراض به هر گونه زورگويي ، ستمكاري و كمبود و نارسايي در جامعۀ زمان خودشان است. اين نقطۀ مشترك به آن دليل بوجود آمده كه همۀ شعرا و نويسندگان يك آرزوي نهايي دارند و آن رسيدن به « » و «جامعۀ آرماني» است.

Defiance Literature and Its Common Samples in Persian and Arabic Literature
Amongst literary kinds, defiance literature is a language that criticizing seriously and ironically social and cultural conditions, untruths, injustices, and society shortcomings.
Protest literature has been consistently present through out history and global literature and put versus court or eulogy literature. This literary status owes men and women s being justice – orientated and righteous that sacrificed themselves for their belief and credence and it is rooted in ancient literature and then strengthened through Quran and prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Imams, the religion out sanding people, philosophers, and mystics. For this reason, Persian and Arabic – speaking poets with religious, mystical, philosophical, etc. Orientations have presented their own protest against bad conditions of the world. Injustices, untruths in the form of defiance poems.
In this study, it was verified that in too many of Persian and Arabic-speaking poets with any thought orientation, there exists one common point and that is defiance against bully and cruel authority of their own time. The common point created because of their ambition. To achieve and ideal Society .
