In this paper, population growth and environmental disasters such as greenhouse gases and global warming have, created an ever-increasing need for human resources and energy sources, and the elimination of this need, is only by turning to technologies that can bring new resources to humanity It s not possible to happen because the energy from fossil fuels has a limited and definite capacity. The way and technology that connects man to an endless source of energy, the sun, is photovoltaic technology. This method uses photonic bases to convert solar energy into direct electricity or direct current, it’s very unique in energy production. It deserves to be considered as a useful method for the technical design of this production method, so that it can be used to reduce the problems to a certain extent. In this research, a design and simulation of a base photovoltaic power plant has been developed by PVSOL, PVSYST, and Simulink software to formulate and determine the proper and scientific mechanism of this method.
