Uncertain-Sylvester Matrix Equation

In this paper we present a method to solve an uncertain-Sylvester matrix equation �� + �� = � where A ∈ ℝ�×�and B ∈ ℝ�×� are crisp coefficient matrices and C ∈ ℝ�×� is a known uncertain matrix with normal or linear uncertainty distributions and X ∈ ℝ�×� is an unknown matrix. We also establish the uniqueness of the solution of the uncertain-Sylvester matrix equation and some numerical examples are given to illustrate the method
