Today, with a view to reducing the alarming global energy resources, countries are trying to optimal use of energy resources, for this reason the researchers have considered the analysis of the second law along the first law. In this research, we have tried using the second law analysis (Qualitatively) to investigative Rankine cycle with reheat, by using Exergy-Topology method. This method has a modelling that which one of them checks the problem from the perspective of input and output Exergy, and the other checks from the view of available Exergy and used Exergy. Each of these views has parameters to evaluate the system, that for obtaining them, there have been provided relationships. Intended Rankine cycle works with R113 operator fluid. Finally, with investigate the specific parameters of the system such as Evaporator pressure and temperature of the inlet hot gas, we have tried to reduce exergy loss and enhance efficiency. The significant results of the evaporator inlet hot gas temperature testify on system performance.
