In this paper, general spatial motion of a composite plate is studied. Dynamic equations of this motion which consist of three rigid translation equations, three rigid rotation equations, and one flexible vibration equation is obtained via Hamiltonian dynamics. A control pattern is designed to make a selected point to track a predefined trajectory while damping the undesired motion. The two-time scale approach is applied in order to develop composite controller which has two separated parts for controlling the rigid motion (slow subsystem) and suppress transverse vibration (fast subsystem). Boundary control approach is also used to eliminate the need for sensor measuring data from internal points of plate.
