Nowadays, traditional theories and concepts are neither effective nor efficient. Intensification of the market and industry with many of IT solutions and computerized systems have shifted the market from a static form to a dynamic form, named as dynamic markets. By arising the concept of dynamic market, a number of principles have added to the business management. In this paper, after reviewing the principles of the dynamic markets, their effects on exploitation and implementation of the ERP systems have been considered. After that the paper conducted a brief review over the prior researches, the researches’ gaps are investigated. The lack of an approach to evaluate the appropriateness of the ERP systems in dynamic markets’ environments, is recognized as a major drawback. Then, based on the prior researches the paper has developed a novel approach to alleviate this gap. The paper recognized 8 factors as the critical aspects for evaluation of ERP systems in dynamic market. A number of KPIs and a questionnaire is developed along this purpose. Finally, the paper discussed the aspects and concluded the remarks, then presented an outline for the future works.
