بررسي مشكلات و محدوديت هاي درس هنر دوره متوسطه اول از ديدگاه معلمان (يك پژوهش كيفي؛ مورد مطالعه شهرستان فريدن)

Investigation of Difficulties and Limitations of art Lesson During the First year of Secondary School from the Perspective of Teachers (A Qualitative Study; Case Study: The City of Fereydan)

نقش و جايگاه هنر به طور فزاينده اي در زندگي در حال بازشناسي است، اما هنرها به عنوان موضوعاتي جانبي وحاشيه اي در مدارس تلقي مي شوند.بزرگ ترين لطمه اي كه سال هاست به هنر وارد مي شود آن است كه ما به دانش آموزان اجازه مي دهيم براي لذت بردن ازهنرها، به سادگي در كلاس درس بدون فعاليت هدفمند عمل كنند و گويي آن ها را در ساعت هنر به حال خود رها مي كنيم.اهميت درس هنر و از طرفي مشكلات انبوه اين حوزه موجب شد كه در پژوهش حاضر به بررسي اين محدوديت ها و مشكلات، از ديدگاه معلمان درس هنر بپردازيم و از تجارب آنان بهره مند شويم. رويكرد اين پژوهش كيفي از نوع پديدار شناسي است.ميدان پژوهش را معلمان مشغول به تدريس هنردردوره راهنمايي (متوسطه اول) شهرستان فريدن كه داراي حداقل دو ساعت تدريس هنر در سال تحصيلي 96-95 بودند تشكيل دادند. تعداد اين معلمان 15 نفر بود كه با رعايت اصل اشباع نظري از طريق مصاحبه نيمه ساختارمند در پژوهش شركت كردند. داده ها با استفاده از روش كدگذاري تحليل شدند. يافته هاي تحقيق كه همان مشكلات و محدوديت هاي درس هنر بود در 6 مقوله اصلي معلم، مواد و مصالح، دانش آموزان، والدين، محيط آموزشي و سياست هاي آموزش و پرورش دسته بندي شد و هر كدام از اين مقوله هاي اصلي نيز به تعدادي زير مقوله فرعي تقسيم شد.نتايج نشان داد كه مسائلي نظير عدم وجود تخصص و مهارت لازم در آموزش هنر، واگذاري تدريس هنر به دبيران غير تخصصي، محتواي نا مناسب كتاب درسي، كم اهميت شمردن درس هنر و اختصاص ساعت كلاس به دروس ديگر، كمبود وقت در تدريس و تمرين، كمبود بودجه، نا آگاهي والدين از اهميت هنر و نيز سردرگمي دانش آموزان در شناخت حوزه مورد علاقه خود از مهم ترين مشكلات درس هنر در مدارس اين شهرستان بوده است.

The role and place of art is increasingly recognized in the life. But all arts are considered as subsidiary and marginal issues in schools. Since many years, the highest damage to art is that we allow students to pass their time simply and with no purposeful activity during art courses, as if we left them free during this course. The importance of art lesson and serious problems in this area have led us to investigate in the present study, these limitations and problems from the perspective of teachers and benefit from their experiences. This is a study with qualitative and phenomenological approach. The samples of the present study consists of art teachers of the first year of secondary school in the city of Fereydan with at least two hours of teaching of art during the school year 2015-2016 The number of these teachers was 19; these teachers participated in the study in compliance with the principle of theoretical saturation through semi-structured interviews. Data were analysed by coding method. The findings of research about problems and limitations of art course were categorized into 9 main subjects of teachers, materials, students, parents, educational environment, and educational policies. Each of these main categories was divided into some subsidiary sub-categories. The results showed that issues such as the lack of expertise and necessary skills in art education, assignment of art teaching to non-specialized teachers, inappropriate content of textbooks, underestimating the importance of art lesson, devoting art class time to other lessons, lack of time of teaching and practice, lack of funds, lack of awareness of parents from the importance of art and also the confusion of students in the recognition of their favourite areas are the most important problems of art courses in the schools of Fereydan city.
