Fredholm property of a three-dimensional Helmholtz equation with nonlocal boundary conditions

This paper is devoted to study of a three-dimensional Helmholtz equation with nonlocal boundary conditions. Some necessary conditions as a system of Fredholm integral equations of the second kind are obtained which contain multi-dimensional singularities. Finally by regularizing these singularities, Fredholm property of the problem is derived
