بررسي اقدامات جريان هاي تكفيري از منظر حقوق بشر

جريان سلفي تكفيري، در لباس دفاع از سنت، تبديل به يكي از عوامل مهم فتنه گري در منطقه وجهان شده است. اين جريان با انجام اعمال جنايت كارانه مانند اسارت، تجاوز ، اعدام ، كشتاردست جمعي، آتش زندن انسان هاي بي گناه دنيا ،جامعه جهاني را متحير اعمال خبيثانه خود كرده است. از طرفي ديگر از سازمان ملل به عنوان عالي ترين مرجع بين المللي، كه هدف اصلي ايجاد آن حفظ صلح و امنيت بين المللي است،انتظار مي رود تا با به كارگيري روش هاي حقوقي وقانوني كه در قوانين بين المللي تعبيه شده است با اعمال تحريم ها در مرحله نخست ، و درصورت عدم نتيجه، به وسيله نيروهاي هوايي ، دريايي يا زميني جلوي جنايات اين گروه ها را بگيرد . اين پژوهش با به كارگيري روش تحليلي،توصيفي ، به بررسي جنايات اين جريان تروريستي پرداخته است و بااستمداد از قوانين بين المللي موارد نقض حقوق بشر توسط اين جريان را مورد بررسي قرار داده است.

Salafi Takfiri movement dressed in defense of tradition, has become one of the most important factors of sedition in the region and the world. This tide(Salafism), By carrying out criminal acts like enslavement, rape, executions, mass killings and burning the innocent people of the world, has amazed the international community with his evil deeds. On the other hand, it is expected from the United Nations as the supreme international authority, that the main purpose of its creation was maintaining international peace and security, to use legal procedures that are embedded in international law, and stop their crimes by sanctions, at the first place, and if it doesn’t work, by using Air Force, Marine Corps and ground forces (air, navy and ground forces). This research has used descriptive analysis method to investigate crimes of this terrorist movement, and has examined the violations of the human rights by this movement, with the help of the international law.
