Th is paper provides an explicit formula of the maximum allowable sampling period for a multi-rate sampleddata control system with an emulated controller. In particular, we develop an appropriate hybrid model and we give sufficient conditions under which uniform global asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system is guaranteed. A numerical example is given to verify our results.
