n this paper, we present a high speed electro-optic directional coupler switch based on horizontal Si-polymer-metal hybrid plasmonic waveguide. Simulation results show that the speed of higher than 1 THz could be reachable. The overall length and insertion loss of optical switch are ~ 24 μm and 1.5 dB, respectively, with the drive voltage of ±2 V.
