طراحي مدل زنجيره تأمين پايدار در شرايط رقابت

Designing of the sustainable supply chain model in competitive conditions

امروزه تمركز صرف بر عملكرد اقتصادي براي بهينه‌سازي هزينه‌ها يا بازگشت سرمايه نمي‌تواند متضمن توسعه يا پايداري در زنجيره تأمين گردد. ازاين‌رو مفهوم مديريت زنجيره تأمين پايدار به‌منظور تأكيد اهميت نگراني‌هاي اجتماعي و زيست‌محيطي همراه با عوامل اقتصادي در برنامه‌ريزي زنجيره تأمين ظهور يافت. از طرفي اولويت‌هاي رقابتي در مديريت زنجيره تأمين پايدار شركت‌ها را قادر به رقابت و تقويت مزيت رقابتي مي‌كند. در اين تحقيق ضمن بررسي تحقيقات انجام‌شده در خصوص مدل‌سازي زنجيره تأمين پايدار و با در نظر گرفتن شرايط امروزي شركت‌ها در خصوص رقابت‌پذيري ضمن استفاده از مدل SCOR، سنجه‌هاي پايداري استخراج شده و با روش دلفي بومي‌سازي گرديد. به‌منظور تعيين روابط بين شاخص‌ها و ميزان اهميت هر شاخص از روش ديمتل استفاده گرديد. مدل‌سازي پايداري بر مبناي مدل آشيانه‌اي كه در نظر گرفتن ابعاد پايداري توسط آن نسبت به ساير مدل‌ها داراي اولويت ويژه‌اي است، انجام گرفت. مدل ارائه‌شده در شركت نسوز ايران كه يكي از باسابقه‌ترين شركت‌هاي نسوز در كشور است مورد استفاده قرار گرفت و درنهايت نتايج مدل مورد تجزيه‌وتحليل قرار گرفته و پيشنهادهاي لازم ارائه شد.

Nowadays focusing solely on economic performance to optimize costs or return on capital cannot result in development or sustainability in the supply chain. Consequently, the concept of sustainable supply chain management emerged in order to emphasize the importance of social and environmental concerns along with economic factors in supply chain planning. On the other hand, competitive priorities in sustainable supply chain management enable companies to compete and enhance the competitive advantage of the company. In this research, while studying the researches on modeling of sustainable supply chain and taking into account the current states of the companies in terms of competitiveness, and while using the SCOR model, sustainability measures were extracted and were localized by using the Delphi method.DEMATEL method was used in order to determine the relationship between the indicators and the amount of importance of each index. Sustainability modeling was done based on the Nested Model, which takes into account dimensions and stability relationships in comparison with other models with a special priority. The model presented in Iran Refractories Company, one of the most prominent refractories in Iran, was used. Finally, the results of the model were analyzed and required suggestions were made.
