تحليل تفسيري و ساختاري ابعاد و مؤلفه‌هاي تاب‌آوري زنجيره ‌تأمين با رويكرد فازي

Interpretative and Structural Analysis of Dimensions and Components of Supply Chain Resilience with Fuzzy approach

تحت شرايط محيطي در تجارت جهاني، حيطه و پيچيدگي زنجيره تأمين نسبت به گذشته افزايش چشمگيري يافته است. به‌عبارت‌ديگر، شبكه زنجيره تأمين پيچيده‌تر‌ گرديده و امكان وقوع خطرات و اختلالات در شبكه بيشتر شده است كه درنهايت منجر به تضعيف و شكنندگي زنجيره تأمين مي‌گردد. علاوه بر اين، وقوع سوانح طبيعي و ... نيز نياز به حالت تاب‌آوري و توسعه اين مفهوم در زنجيره ‌تأمين را بيش‌ازپيش دوچندان نموده است و مديران نياز به شناخت و تحليل اين مفهوم در زنجيره‌ تأمين شركت خود دارند. هدف اصلي پژوهش حاضر، تحليل ساختاري تفسيري ابعاد و مؤلفه‌هاي تاب‌آوري زنجيره‌ تأمين است. براي دستيابي به اين هدف مهم با استفاده از ابعاد و مؤلفه‌هاي شناسايي‌شده تاب‌آوري زنجيره‌ تأمين با مطالعه ادبيات موضوع و روش‌هاي مدل‌سازي ساختاري تفسيري و ديمتل اقدام به بررسي و ارائه ساختار روابط ميان ابعاد و مؤلفه‌هاي تاب‌آوري در زنجيره‌ تأمين گرديد. نتايج اين پژوهش مديران را در تجزيه‌وتحليل تاب‌آوري و انتخاب استراتژي اثربخش كاهش ريسك زنجيره‌ تأمين خود، پشتيباني نموده و تصميم‌گيري را تسهيل مي‌كند و مي‌توان اثرات ابعاد و مؤلفه‌هاي تاب‌آوري در زنجيره تأمين را تبيين كرده و عوامل كليدي را در ميان آن‌ها يافت تا مكانيسم شكل‌گيري تاب‌آوري زنجيره تأمين با مرجع تصميم‌گيري براي ايجاد و بهبود ساختار سيستم تاب‌آوري در زنجيره تأمين را بهتر درك كرد.

Under the environmental conditions of global trade, the scope and complexity of the supply chain have increased dramatically over the past. In other words, the supply chain network has become more complex and the possibility of occurrence of network risks and disturbances has increased, which ultimately leads to the shrinking and fragile supply chain. In addition, the occurrence of natural disasters and ... has also increased the need for resilience and development of this concept in the chain of tin, and managers need to recognize and analyze this concept in their company chain. The main purpose of the present research is to interpret the structural analysis of dimensions and components of the resiliency of the supply chain. In order to achieve this important goal, using the dimensions and components of the resilience of the supply chain with the study of the subject literature and the methods of interpretive structural modeling and DEMATEL, we investigated and presented the structure of relations between dimensions and components of resiliency in the chain. The results of this research support managers in analyzing the resilience and choosing an effective strategy to reduce their chain-of-risk chain risk, and facilitate decision making. One can explain the effects of resilience dimensions and components in the supply chain, and find key factors among them to determine the mechanism of formation the resilience of the supply chain with the decision-making authority was better understood to create and improve the structure of the resilience system in the supply chain.
