Forecasting Research Trend in Industrial Management

مديريت صنعتي به‌عنوان يكي از رشته‌هاي كاربردي دانشگاهي در سال‌هاي اخير توانسته با به‌كارگيري مجموعه‌اي از دانش‌هاي مختلف در حوزه‌هايي مانند فناوري، توليد، بهينه‌سازي، مديريت و تصميم‌گيري به جوامع و سازمان‌ها كمك‌ شاياني كند. در اين راستا پيش‌بيني روند پژوهش‌هاي آتي در مديريت صنعتي، نقش مهمي را جهت ايجاد آمادگي و تمركز بر روي حوزه‌ها و موضوعات تحقيقاتي مختلف متناسب با نياز آتي جوامع ايفا مي‌كند. در اين مقاله، 28 موضوع تحقيقاتي با بررسي منابع اطلاعاتي مرتبط و اخذ نظرات صاحب‌نظران و اساتيد حوزه مديريت صنعتي استخراج گرديد كه در قالب 4 گروه اصلي مديريت توليد و عمليات ، تئوري‌هاي بهينه‌سازي و كاربردهاي آن ، مديريت سازمان و صنايع و برنامه‌ريزي در فضاي عدم قطعيت طبقه‌بندي شد و سپس تعداد مقالات منتشر يافته در هر يك از موضوعات مذكور در انتشارات بين‌المللي مهم از سال 2007 تا 2017 بررسي و روند تعداد مقالات در خصوص موضوعات مذكور براي 10 سال آينده با كمك تكنيك‌هاي سري زماني پيش‌بيني گرديد. يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد تعداد مقالات انتشار يافته در گروه برنامه‌ريزي در فضاي عدم قطعيت نسبت به 3 گروه ديگر بيشتر است و موضوعات شبيه‌سازي و كيفيت نيز بيشترين فراواني تعداد مقالات را در اين گروه در سال‌هاي آتي دارند.

Industrial Management as an applied academic field has been able to help oragnizations and industries utilize a variety of practical knowledge. In this regard, forecasting the trend of future research in Industrial Management plays an important role in creating readiness and focus on different areas and research topics tailored to the needs of future societies. In this paper, 28 research topics were extracted by studying pertinent information sources and views of relevant experts in the field of Industrial Management. The topics were classified into four main groups of Production and Operations Management , Optimization Theories and Applications , Organization Management and Industries , and Planning in the Uncertainty Space and then the number of papers published about each of the topics in the major international publications was reviewed from 2007 to 2017 and based on the mentioned information, the number of papers on these topics was forecasted for the next 10 years with the help of time series techniques. The findings show that the number of papers published in the Planning in the Uncertainty Space group is more than the other three, and most papers in this group will be published with the topics of Simulation and Statistics in the next ten years.
