Heavy metal can be accumulated by marine organisms thought a variety of pathways, including respiration, adsorption and ingestion. The levels of heavy metals are known to increase drastically in marine environment through mainly anthropogenic activities. The objective of this study was to evaluate and compare the concentration of heavy metals nickel and iron in muscle tissue of Liza Klunzingeri. In three regions (Bandarabbas, Qeshm and Minab) was conducted in the Hormmozgan Province. Sampling was conducted in summer and winter 2016. After the captured biometric sample 180, were isolated muscle tissues. The preparation and analysis of samples was performed according to standard methods MOOPAM [1]. The results show that the studied concentration in muscle tissue of Liza Klunzingeri. at sample location statistically significant difference show. Also studied in terms of concentration in the muscle tissue of Liza Klunzingeri in the study area between summer and winter statistically significant difference was observed (P 0.05). Both in summer and winter concentrations of nickel and iron muscle tissue of Liza Klunzingeri in Qeshm is grater than the other two regions. Meanwhile, the results of the study comperd concentrations in muscle tissue showed Liza Klunzingeri with international standards The studied concentrations in muscle tissue of Liza Klunzingeri in Qeshm, Bandarabbas and Minab port international standards is less than the limit. This indicates that the healt of aquatic ecosystems contamination is not problem
