Nanogels are nano-sized hydrogel networks formed by chemically or physically crosslinked polymer particles. Their colloidal stability and magnetism affords them as good candidates as sorbents in magnetic solid-phase extraction[1].In this work, we synthesized smart polymeric nanoparticles and used it as sorbent in magnetic solid-phase etraction. In the first step of study, a novel superpara magnetic nanosorbents were prepared using Fe3O4@SiO2 nanoparticles as a core and AcryliAcid (AA), AcrylAmide (AAm) and β-Cyclodetrin (β-CD) as monomers, which were cross-linked with N,N-methylenebis-AcrylAmide(MBA). This nanogel was further characterized upon their physicochemical properties using SEM, EDX, FT-IR, vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) and Zeta potential. In the second step, the capability of these adsorbent for preconcentration and determination of widely used Anticancer drug (Doxurubicin) as an analyte, were investigated with a magnetic solid-phase extraction method. In this method, functionalized magnetic nanoparticle (MNPs) were added to sample matrices. After that, the mixture solution was stirred until the target analytes were adsorbed by the adsorbent. The functionalized MNPs can separated by magnet and re-dispersed in elution solvent, which is convenient for subsequent washing and desorption. Finally, the eluate was separated from the adsorbent by the magnet and measured by UV-vis spectroscopy system.
