In this study, a solid phase extraction technique based on chitosan-iron oxide nanocomposite was used as a rapid, sensitive and inexpensive method for the preparation of Malathion and Fenitrothion in cucumber and orange real samples. Magnetic iron nanoparticles due to easy control and quick separation by magnet is taken into consideration more of all particles [1-3]. In solid phase micro extraction techniques based on the iron Functionalized magnetic nanoparticles with chitosan used for extraction and simultaneous measurement of Malathion and Fenitrothion by gas chromatography with flame ionization detector with TAGUCHI software. Factors such as pH, sample volumes, speed and time of extraction, the amount of nanoparticles, speed and time of desorption were investigated and optimized. In optimal conditions, linear range for Malathion and Fenitrothion, respectively 0.001-0.4 and 0.007-0.6 mg/L were determined. Limit of quantitation and recovery percentage for Malathion and Fenitrothion were obtained satisfactory.
