In this note a classification of all configurations of lines Z in P3 with the Waldschmidt constant
less than two is given. We also, determine some numerical and algebraic invariants of the ideal of
these type of configurations, for example, the resurgence of their defining ideal I(Z), minimal free
resolution of I(Z), as well as the Hilbert function of Z.
