Induced safety and crime prevention through architectural design

وقوع جرم يك چالش و تنش جدي در كلان شهر هاي ايران محسوب مي شود كه از پيامدهاي آن برهم زدن آسايش و امنيت اجتماعي شهروندان است. اين پديده با افزايش جمعيت و عدم پاسخگويي الگوهاي معماري رابطه مستقيم داشته و به عبارت ديگر همزمان با رشد و ارتقاء تكنولوژي، مشكل جرايم نيز ابعاد گسترده‌تري يافته و باعث بروز مشكلات بيشتري خواهد شد.لزوم اين مساله وقتي بيشتر احساس مي شودكه بدانيم اين مساله در مورد ساختمان هاي بلند مرتبه ملموس تر است. پژوهش حاضر با علم به اين كه هزينه پيشگيري بسيار ناچيز تر از اصلاح است در صدد آن است كه تكنيك ها و استاندارهايي(از جمله الگوهاي سنتي وcpted )را ارائه دهد كه حس آسايش وامنيت را به مصرف كنندگان ابنيه را تا حد مطلوبي القا نمايد .الگو هاي ارائه شده در اين مقاله بار مالي چنداني براي كارفرمايان و سازندگان مسكن و شهرسازان نخواهد داشت و صرفا ارائه روش هاي آساني است كه به امنيت اجتماعي و پيشگيري (يا حداقل كاهش) جرايم منجر خواهد شد. نتايج حاصل گوياي اين مطلب است كه راهكارهاي معماري به عنوان پيشنهادهايي ارزان و آسان مي توانند نقش به سزايي در كاهش سرانه جرم و بزهكاري داشته و به كنترل عوارض مخرب ناشي از اين پديده بيانجامند.

The occurrence of crime is a serious challenge in the metropolitan areas of Iran, which has the consequences of disturbing the comfort and social security of the citizens. This phenomenon has a direct relationship with population growth and lack of accountability of architectural patterns. In other words, with the growth and advancement of technology, the problem of crime will be more widespread and cause more problems. The need for this when it comes to knowing more about tall buildings is more tangible The present study, with the knowledge that the cost of prevention is far less than correction, seeks to provide techniques and standards (including traditional patterns and cpted) that induce comfort and safety for the consumer of the building to the optimum level. The patterns presented in this paper will not have much to do with employers, housing makers and planners, and will simply provide easy ways to reduce social crime and prevent or at least reduce crime. The results suggest that architectural solutions as cheap and easy suggestions can play a significant role in decreasing crime and crime rates and controlling the destructive effects of this phenomenon.
