Objectives: Candida is an opportunistic infectious agent, especially in people with weak immune systems are capable of causing life-threatening injuries is released. Among the species of Candida albicans Candida infection is the most important factor. The prevalence of candida is 45% in the infants,50 to 65 percent in denture wearers and 90 percent patients with acute leukemia undergoing chemotherapy. Fluconazole due to having high therapeutic typically used to treat infections caused by Candida. Long-term administration of common drugs in fungi may cause drug resistance. So it is necessary to aware of antibiotic resistance to conventional anti candidate drugs for correct treatment of recurrent cases. The aim of this research is to identify candidiasis kinds causing candidiasis and to investigate sensitivity to common medicine such as fluconazole, ketoconazole, clotrimazole, itraconazole, nystatin and amphotericin B. Materials Methods: The study included 66 isolates of Candida isolates from people with dentures. Species identification are done based on mass trials BSA, CHROMagar and took chlamydospore. Disk diffusion method was used to determine the drug sensitivity. Results  Conclusion: Recognized species in chrom agar test included candida glabrata (30/30 per cent), candida albicans (57.57 per cent), candida parapsilosis (6.06 per cent), and candida tropicalis(6.07). 96.96 per cent of all samples were sensitive to clotrimazole, 92.42 percent to fluconazole, 89.39 per cent to amphotericin B, and 98.48 per cent to nystatin. Clotrimazole, nystatin, and amphotericin B had better effect in comparison to other medicines on candidaspecies. Generally, non-albicans species showed higher sensitivity against mentioned drugs rather than albicans ones.
