Objectives: Antioxidants are Rich sources of high potential to improvement quality sperm parameters. The purpose of present study was to determine the protective effects of vitamin E and Melissa officinalis on sperm motility and quality of spermatogenesis in rats ,Methods: In this study, 27 male Wistar rats weighing 180 ± 20 were randomly allocated into 3 groups: distilled water gavages (control) (0.5ml); vitamin E (100 mg / kg/ bw); Melissa (100 mg / kg/ bw). After 30-day treatment the animal were sacrificed. Sperms parameters (count, motility, morphology, chromatins assay), weighting epididymis and testis were performed.Result: weight gain of rats, epididymis weight, percent of Non-life sperm and greater than 50% sperm motility, had significant difference in the groups (P 0.05),So that in weight gain and epididymis weight, vitamin E Group better than control group ,on the other hand Mellissa have a very little difference by vitamin group in this parameters. In addition to, vitamin E Group has the most life sperm Compared with control group. Well as, results showed that Melissa can oppose with vitamin in amelioration spermatogenesis and sperm parameters.Conclusion: The results of study indicate that significant effects of vitamin E and mellisa on rat’s weight gain, epididymal sperm titers and life sperms. Therefore, due to the antioxidant effects and positive impacts on sperm parameters of two material, we can recommended them to people at high risk,
