Objective: Some reproduction studies are about the effect of this galenical on improving fertility. This is a strong antioxidant that can contract free radical activity and reduce secretion of NO. The aim of this study is checking the effect of this galenical on sex cells and genital systems of 30 mice.Materials and methods: These mice were controlled in 3 group for 15 days. There are 10 mice in every group. The first (as control) received aquapur about 125ml daily by gavage. The second and third group received 0.25 ml of oriyganum vulgare s extract. The density of them was 25 mg and 12/5 mg (disorder). In 16th days we provide biopsy of ovaries, oviduct and uterus, then were strained by hematoxilin-eosin. We used student s t test and SPSS software for analyzing the results(p 0.05). Result and Conclusion: The results express that mice which received galenical have a significant increment in folliconeogenesis (depend on dosage) and histometrical results showed an increment in follicle size and growth. ,
