Objectives: Now a days nanosilver is going to increase in all branches of the poultry industry, except the pharmacology of the nanosilver usage in broiler and their permission for birds and public health, here pharmacodynamics of the nanoparticle of silver in the broilers is reported. The nanosilver was used in 4 broiler farmsorally and inhalatory in amount of 2 -4 ppm and 40 ppm respectively.Materials and Methods: For investigation the dynamicity of silvernano particle, some samples of Breast muscle, Femora muscle, Heart, Gizzard, Liver, Skin, Spleen, Lung, and Kidney were collected after 30 days. The silver nanoparticle pharmacodynamics and residues were examined by miniature neutron source reactor (MNSR) with a high specificity and sensitivity in ppb levels after 30 days. Results and Discussion: Regarding to the results the silver circulation and its residues were detectable in all the samples ( 131ppb), the mean residues amount of circulated particles in ppb level showed that the nano particles were circulated and accumulated in all tested samples as 131(a) for Spleens, 132(a) for Gizzards, 144(a) for Hearts, 147(a) for Kidneys, 160(a) for Lungs, 168(a) (a)for Breast muscles, 172(a) for Femora muscles, 185(a) for Livers and 194(a) for Skins.
