Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Urban Agriculture on Sustainable Development

امروزه نگراني ها در مورد شهرها و محله هاي مسكوني به دليل معضلاتشان رو به افزايش است. برخي از اين معضلات، ناشي از افزايش جمعيت و تخريب محيط زيست شهري است؛ كه يكي از نتايج آن كاهش كيفيت زندگي انسان ها مي باشد. از اين رو براي چالش ها و مشكلات شهرنشيني مقوله ي توسعه پايدار شهري حائز اهميت مي باشد. از طرفي درسالهاي اخير از سرمايه اجتماعي به عنوان زيربناي توسعه پايدار هر جامعه ياد مي شود. اهميت سرمايه اجتماعي درتوسعه پايدار تا حدي است كه از طريق تشويق افراد به «همكاري» و «مشاركت» ، مي توان به ميزان بيشتري از معضلات موجود جامعه، فائق آمد. كنكاش در خصوص اثرگذاري كشاورزي شهري بر جامعه مي تواند راهكاري براي توسعه پايدار شهري باشد. روش تحقيق به كارگرفته شده توصيفي- تحليلي و بر اساس مطالعات كتابخانه اي صورت گرفته است. هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسايي ميزان و نحوه ي اثر گذاري كشاورزي شهري برپايداري اجتماعي است. يافته ها نشان مي دهد كه با ايجاد فضاي قابل كشت در شهر، امكان دستيابي به توسعه پايدار بواسطه ي مشاركت اجتماعي فراهم مي شود.

Nowadays concerns over the cities and residential neighborhoods due to their problems are on the rise. Some of the problems caused by population growth and urban environmental degradation; Which one the results are reducing the quality of human life. Thus, for urbanization challenges, concept of sustainable urban development is of importance. However, in recent years, social capital is the foundation for sustainable development of societies. The importance of social capital for sustainable development is that by encouraging people to cooperate and participation can overcome the most problems of society. Exploring the impact of urban agriculture on the community can be a solution for sustainable urban development. The research method is descriptive and analytical and based on extensive literature survey. The purpose of this study is identifing the amount and effect of the urban agriculture on social sustainability. The results show that with the establishment of arable areas in the cities, the possibility of achieving sustainable development through community participation will be provided.
