توسعه پايدار شهري به عنوان يكي از آرمان بشري در هزاره سوم ميلادي بوده كه در اين ميان يكي از محورهاي كليدي حمل و نقل فراگير و عمومي و نيز رضايتمندي شهروندان از آن است. جابجايي و حركت به عنوان نياز اساسي زندگي بشر در تمام اعصار بوده و امروزه نيز با وجود تمام پيشرفت هاي الكترونيك در فضاي سايبري باز مي توان حركت را جزء جدايي ناپذير زندگي محسوب نمود. در اين مقاله به بررسي رضايتمندي مسافران از سيستم BRT در قالب روش پرسشنامه اي پرداخته شده است. بر اين اساس روش مطالعه توصيفي-تحليلي بوده كه از ابزارهايي چون پرسشنامه، مشاهده(مشاركتي) و مطالعه اسنادي استفاده شده است. در عين حال براي تحليل داده هاي به دست آمده از تكنيك هاي آماري چون تحليل عاملي و رگرسيون و غيره استفاده شده است. نتايج تحقيق نشان دهنده اثرگذاري 4 عامل در رضايتمندي از سيستم BRT است. عوامل اساسي مستخرج شامل خدمات، سرعت، رفتار و خصوصيات فيزيكي اتوبوس ها مي¬باشد. به عنوان نتيجه¬گيري نهايي مي توان به اهميت ابعاد اجتماعي و توجه به نگرش بهره¬وران اين سيستم اشاره كرد. در واقع تداوم عملكرد بهينه هر سيستم از جمله BRT نيازمند بازنگري در ابعاد آن در قالب سنجش رضايتمندي مي باشد. بر اساس نتيجه مستخرج شده از اين مقاله مي توان گفت ارتقاء خدمات به عنوان يكي از عوامل اساسي در پيش بيني رضايتمندي از سيستم BRT مي باشد.

Urban sustainable development is as one of the human aspirations in the third millennium in which comprehensive and public and also satisfactory of citizens is one of the major topics. Displacement and motion has been as basic requirement of human living in all of ages and also today despite whole of electronic development in cyber space motion consider as a indistinguishable section of life. In this article the satisfactory of passengers from BRT systems has been investigated in the form of questionnaire. According to this, the study method is descriptive-analytic which is used from instruments such questionnaire, observation (cooperation) and documentary study. Also statistical techniques such as factor analyze and regression and other techniques are used to data analyze. Result of research shows the effectiveness of 4 factors in satisfactory of BRT system. Basic extracted factors is consist of services, velocity, behavior and physical properties of buses. As final result one can point to importance of social dimension and attention to beneficiaries attitude of this systems. Indeed sequence of optimized functions of each system like BRT is needful to a review in its dimension in form of satisfactory evolution. According to extracted results of this article one can say promotion of services is as a basic factor in prediction of satisfactory of BRT systems.
