چكيده فارسي :
The biological synthesis of nanoparticles using plant extracts plays an important role in the field of
nanotechnology. In this study, iron oxide nanoparticles (Fe3O4-NPs) were synthesized using a rapid, single
step and completely green biosynthetic method by reduction of Ferric chloride hexa hydrate and Ferrous
chloride tetra hydrate solution with Persea Americana kernel water extract containing flavonoids and
phenolic compounds as a main factor which acts as reducing agent and efficient stabilizer. Synthesized NPs
were further confirmed with different high-throughput characterization techniques such as UV–visible
spectroscopy and FT-IR analysis. Additionally XRD, SEM and VSM demonstrate the generation of
crystalline PA/Fe3O4 -NPs with a mean diameter of 20 nm.
