شهر ايده آل به شهري گفته مي‌شود كه جواب گوي احتياجات افراد شهر از هر طيفي از جمله كم بينايان و نابينايان باشد. مناسب‌سازي فضاهاي شهري بايد به شكلي باشد كه به‌ويژه افراد كم‌بينا و نابينا به راحتي بتوانند از امكانات فضاهاي شهري استفاده كنند.كم‌بينايان و نا‌بينايان به دليل محدوديت بينايي و مناسب نبودن فضاهاي شهري، با مشكلات بسياري در سطح فضاهاي شهري رو‌به‌رو هستند. مشكلاتي چون آهستگي حركت، خطرات ناشي از حركت وسيله‌ي موتوري براي افراد با كم بينايي، كافي نبودن فضاهاي شهري براي حركت فرد كم بينا و نابينا ، خستگي مفرط و فشار رواني به دليل كمبود يا نبود وجود خدمات رفاهي مناسب براي اين افراد و غيره از جمله مواردي است كه كم‌بينايان و نابينايان را براي ‌حركت در سطح فضاهاي شهري با مشكلات عديده اي مواجه مي‌سازد. دراين پژوهش سعي بر آن داريم تا مناسب سازي فضاهاي شهري با تاكيد بر دسترسي كم بينايان و نابينايان در منظقه هشت كلانشهر شيراز را مورد بررسي و ميزان اهميت آن رامشخص نمائيم و با توجه به اين موارد بتوانيم راهكارهايي را جهت استفاده بهتر شهروندان ارائه نمائيم . اين پژوهش با توجه به اهداف ارائه شده از نوع پژوهش هاي كاربردي و نيز با توجه به ماهيت و روش آن از نوع پيمايشي است كه مي توان از نتايج بدست آمده در اين پژوهش جهت تصميم گيري و برنامه ريزي استفاده كرد . در اين پژوهش از ابزارهايي مانند پرسش نامه استفاده شده است و جهت تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات از نرم افزار Spss استفاده شده است.

An ideal city is called a city that meets the needs of the city is population from any spectrum , including the low wisibility and the blind. The fitting of urban spaces should be such that , inparticular , blind and visually impaired people can easily use urban spaces. Low – vision and blind people face many problems at the level of urban spaces because of the limited visibility and inadequate urban spaces. Problems such as the slowness of the movement of the dongevs of moving motor vehicles for people with low vision. The lack of urban spaces for the sake of the sighted and the blind. Excessive fatigue and psychological stress due to the lack or lack of appropriate welfare services for these people, etc. lack of visibility and blindness to move the percentay of urban spaces facing many problems . in this research , we try to determine the suitability of urban spaces with an emphasis on the access of the low vision and blind in the the metropolitan area of shiraz , and to highlight it is significance , and with this in mind , we can provide solutions for the better use of citizens. This research is based on the aims of the proposed type of applied research and also with regard to the nature and methods of survey type that can be used for the results obtained in this research for decision making and planning. In this research , tools such as questionnaires have been used and spss software has been used to analyze the information.
