Investigation on the basics of open space design for residential use with an emphasis on children s comfort and recreation.

در اين تحقيق تلاش شده است كه علاوه بر ارائه الگوهاي كالبدي براي سكونت گاه هاي زيستي،فضايي انساني و به دور از نابه ساماني ها و اغتشاشات شهري ايجاد شود.اين مقاله به روش تحليلي-توصيفي در سطح كشور ايران و در بازه زماني حال صورت گرفته است.مجتمع هاي مسكوني در اين پژوهش به صورت تصادفي به عنوان جامعه آماري هدف قرار داده شده اند و در نتيجه به اين نكته پي ميبريم كه رضايت از فضاهاي باز هم تابع عوامل مختلفي هم چون عوامل محيطي و معماري،عوامل اجتماعي وفرهنگي وعوامل شخصي است كه هر كدام از آن ها مي توانند در ميزان رضايت افراد تاثيرگذار باشند.

Abstract Certainly, The World Is Changing And Everything Is Changing At All Levels And All The Signs Suggest The City And Social And General Biological Complexes As A Symbol Of Human Civilization This Symbol Will Change.The Economic Crisis Has In Recent Decades Iranian Cities Have Been Found And Day-To-Day The Population And The Range Is Added. In Addition To Increased Demand For Housing Generally Due To The Population Growth Of Cities,Other Factors That The Crisis Will Spur Can The Demand For Improving The Quality Of Housing, Changes In Methods Of Construction Of Buildings, The High Price Of Land In Cities, Standards, The Spread Of Alien Life And Many Other Products.In The Current Situation Of Our Country, Production Rate And A Small Supply Of Housing, It Is Less Than The Demand .Zyra Population Growth Environmental And Proliferation Of Urban Centers More Than Facilities For ConstructionHousing. While The The Current Situation In Iran The Housing Question And Its Deficiency Other Specific Class And Low-Income Communities Will Not Be But The Whole Range The Middle Classes And Moderate To High Such As Civil Servants, Teachers , Shopkeepers And Others Have Also Faced This Problem. In The Other Words Housing In Iran To A Widespread Problem. And The Public Has Become Solve The Problem At Least In The Short Term And Medium-Term Given The Current Trends Of Urban Population Is Impossible.
