Land development management approach to smart urban growth

آغاز فرآيند صنعتي شدن شهرها در قرن بيستم و حركت سريع توسعه آن¬ها، ناشي از نيازهاي توسعه كالبدي صنايع سبب گرديد كه شهرها، بي¬توجه به عوارض و آسيب¬هاي مختلف فيزيكي، زيست¬محيطي، اجتماعي و اقتصادي بر محيط پيراموني خود در حاشيه¬ها و حومه¬ها گسترش يابند. اين گسترش قطعاً زمين¬هاي جديدي را به خود اختصاص مي¬دهد و به اين ترتيب زمين در اين توسعه يك عامل مهم تلقي مي¬شود. در اين مقاله سعي شده است با هدف مديريت توسعه دروني شهرها و راهبردهاي توسعه زمين شهري با تاكيد بر رشد هوشمند شهر در جهت استفاده كارآمد از فرصت¬هاي موجود زمين از طريق توسعه ظرفيت¬هاي ميان¬افزاي شهر و كاهش مصرف زمين و... كه از جمله اصول و راهكارهاي رويكرد رشد هوشمند مي¬باشند ارائه گردد.روش پژوهش توصيفي- كتابخانه اي و كابردي ميباشد .

The beginning of the process of industrialization of cities in the twentieth century and the rapid development of them, due to the needs of the physical development of industries, caused the cities, without considering the various physical, environmental, social and economic damage and perils on their peripheral environment On the margins and the suburbs. This expansion is definitely a new field, and thus the land in this development is considered an important factor. In this paper, we have tried to manage the inner development of cities and urban land development strategies with an emphasis on smart city development in order to efficiently use existing land opportunities through the development of intermediate capacity of the city and the reduction of land consumption. Which is one of the principles and approaches of the Smart Growth Approach. The research methodology is descriptive-library and applied.
