چكيده فارسي :
در شهر‌هاي امروزي شبكة گسترده‌اي از تأسيسات مختلف نظير آب و فاضلاب شهري، برق، گاز و مخابرات وجود دارد. در اغلب اوقات محل و عمق كارگذاري تأسيسات بسيار كم اجرا شده است و تعداد دفعات مورد نياز براي انجام تعميرات، يا اقدامات توسعه‌اي كه نياز به آسفالت شكافي معابر دارد، افزايش يافته و موجب مشكلات ترافيكي و تحميل هزينه‌هاي سنگين بر شهر و شهروندان مي‌شود. استفاده از تونل مشترك تأسيسات شهري از چند دهه قبل در اكثر كشور‌هاي اروپايي و امريكايي آغاز شده است. در داخل كشور نيز از چند سال قبل اقداماتي صورت گرفته كه از جمله مي‌توان به تونل تأسيسات شهري منطقة 22 تهران، مشهد و اصفهان اشاره كرد. در اين تحقيق به بررسي شرايط سيما و منظر شهر قزوين در ارتباط با تونل مشترك تاسيسات شهري با رويكرد اقتصادي با نمونه موردي شهرك انديشه قزوين پرداخته شده است. با توجه به نتايج حاصل، ساخت تونل مشترك تأسيسات شهري در بخش اجتماعي و اقتصادي و سيماي شهر داراي آثار مثبت همچون صرفه اقتصادي، افزايش تسهيلات رفاهي، بهبود سيستم حمل ونقل شهري و... است در اين طرح با توجه به اينكه بسياري از تاسيسات خدماتي كه در سطح شهر وجود دارند در سيماي شهر نقش منفي داشته اند به داخل اين تونل ها منتقل مي شوند كه علاوه برصرفه اقتصادي، زيبايي ومنظرشهري مناسب به همراه دارد. روش تحقيق شامل دو بخش پيمايشي و كتابخانه اي مي باشد.

In todays cities there is a wide network of different facilities such as urban water and wastewater, electricity, gas and telecommunications. In most cases, the location and depth of the installation of the facilities have been implemented very slowly and the number of times required for repairs, or developmental measures requiring road slots, has increased, causing traffic congestion and imposing heavy costs on the city and citizens. The use of a common tunnel of urban facilities has started in most European and American countries decades ago. Within the country, several years ago, some measures have been taken, including the tunnels of the urban facilities of the 22nd District of Tehran, Mashhad and Isfahan. In this research, the study of the conditions of the city and the city of Qazvin in relation to the common tunnel of urban facilities with an economic approach with a case study of Qazvin Andysheh town has been studied. According to the results of this study, the construction of a joint tunnel of urban facilities in the social and economic section of the city has positive effects, such as cost savings, increased welfare facilities, improvement of urban transport system, etc. In this plan, considering that many facilities Services in the city have a negative impact on the citys image and are transmitted to these tunnels, which, in addition to the economic, beautiful, and urban-looking amenities. The research method consists of two parts: survey and library.
