مطالعه عددي تاثير ضخامت چسب پايه پليمري بر روي كرنش هاي خزشي

Numerical study on thickness effect of Polymer-based adhesive on the Creep strains

امروزه از چسب و اتصالات چسبي به خاطر يكنواخت نمودن سطح اتصال، كاهش تمركز تنش و وزن اتصال، جلوگيري از زنگ زدگي و كاهش قابل توجه هزينه نسبت به ساير انواع اتصالات دائمي در صنايع مختلف مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. در اين مطالعه به كمك نرم افزار المان محدود آباكوس، تاثير ضخامت چسب پايه پليمري بر روي كرنش هاي خزشي اتصال چسبي ساده لب روي هم يك طرفه مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. در اين پژوهش، از مدل دو بعدي دو لايه اي استفاده شده كه جنس لايه چسبي از چسب پايه پلميري و جنس دو لايه چسبيده شده به لايه چسبي از ورق فولادي است. از آن جايي كه هدف اصلي اين پژوهش مطالعه تاثير ضخامت چسب بر رفتار خزشي اتصال چسبي است، در ضخامت هاي مختلف چسب اقدام به بررسي توزيع كرنش هاي خزشي شده است كه نتايج حاصل نشان مي دهد افزايش ضخامت لايه چسبي موجب كاهش و گذشت زمان، باعث افزايش كرنش خزشي شده است.

Nowadays glue and adhesive fittings have been considered in different industries due to the uniformity of the bonding surface, the reduction of stress concentration and bonding strength, rust prevention and a significant reduction in costs compared to other types of permanent joints. In this study, using the finite element software of Abakvs, the effect of polymeric adhesive thickness on the creep strains of the simple adhesive bonding of the lips is studied on one side. In this research, a two-layered two-dimensional model is used that is the adhesive layer of the plaster base adhesive and the two-layer matched adhesive layer of the steel sheet. Since the main objective of this study is to study the effect of adhesive thickness on the adhesive bonding behavior, in different thicknesses of the adhesive, the study of the distribution of creep strains has been studied. The results show that increasing the thickness of the adhesive layer reduces the time, causes Increased creep strain.
