بررسي مولفه هاي تاثير گذار در راستاي طراحي مجموعه موسيقي در شهر جديد پرند با رويكرد ارتقاء كيفيت محيط شهر

Check components for designing impressive music collection with a view to promoting environmental quality in Parand City

افزايش روز افزون جمعيت در سال‌هاي اخير، شهرهاي بزرگ را دچار مشكلات فراواني كرده و به تبع آن براي جذب مقداري از اين جمعيت ، شهرهاي جديد مكان يابي و احداث گرديدند. شهر پرند يكي از اين مصاديق است. در مطالعه ، بازديد و توجه عميق تر به اين شهر جديد الاحداث پرند ، آنچه بيش از همه مشاهده مي شود ، محو شدن تعاملات انساني پويا و فعال و عدم اهميت به بسياري از نيازهاي مورد انتظار يك جامعه سرزنده شهري است. در اين پژوهش كه از نوع نظري و همچنين كاربردي مي باشد با روش توصيفي- تحليلي و بر اساس مطالعات كتابخانه اي و ميداني سعي در شناخت ابعاد و آزمون مولفه هاي موثر بركيفيت فضاهاي عمومي شهر جديد پرند و سپس طراحي مركز آموزش و اجراي موسيقي در فاز 5 شهر پرند در راستا افزايش كيفيت محيط ، بر اساس آن داريم. نتايج حاكي از آن است كه اهميت به خواسته هنرمندان، امنيت و سرزندگي در شب، احساس امنيت، آرامش، دسترسي، خدمات، تنوع بصري، معماري سبز و طبيعي، ايجاد فضاهاي مناسب جهت تمرين گروه‌هاي موسيقي و سپس اطلاع رساني منظم از مهم ترين عوامل ر راستا ارتقا كيفيت شهر در طراحي مجموعه موسيقي در شهر پرند مي‌باشد.
