بررسي عملكرد بندر خرمشهر در ترانزيت كالا از كريدور غرب كشور

امروزه بسياري از كشورهاي پيشرفته و صنعتي جهان، رشد و شكوفايي اقتصادي خود را مديون تجارت مي دانند. در اين ميان ايران نيز ضمن برخورداري از موقعيت جغرافيايي بسيار ممتاز، قابليت آن را دارد كه در عرصه حمل و نقل بين المللي به عنوان قطب ترانزيتي منطقه و جهان ايفاي نقش نمايد. كشور ايران در منطقه خاورميانه داراي موقعيت استراتژيك در دنيا و كوتاه ترين مسير اتصال آسياي ميانه و كشورهاي مشترك المنافع به آبهاي آزاد مي باشد. در واقع قرار گرفتن دوازده كشور از مجموع سي كشور محصور در خشكي جهان در همسايگي ايران به عنوان مهمترين مزيت ترانزيتي كشور محسوب مي شود. اين پژوهش به بررسي نقش بندر خرمشهر در توسعه ترانزيت كالا از طريق كريدور غرب كشور ميپردازد. نتايج به دست آمده از اين تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه به علت برخي ناهماهنگي ها و نبود يك مديريت واحد و سياست راهبردي مشخص، تاكنون كشور نتوانسته به عنوان شاهراه ترانزيت منطقه مطرح گردد. در پايان راهكارهايي به منظور بهبود شرايط ارائه گرديد از جمله تبليغ و ترويج مزاياي مسيرها و كريدور ترانزيتي غرب ، توسعه، تكميل و ساماندهي زيربناهاي ترانزيتي بندر خرمشهر درقالب اجراي طرحهاي جامع توسعه بنادر و گسترش همكاريهاي حمل ونقل بين المللي و ترانزيت كالا با كليه كشورها، خصوصاً با كشورهاي همسايه.

Today, many developing and the industrial world countries, know economic growth and prosperity beholden to commerce. Among these Iran also have excellent geographical location, in the field of international transport has the ability to play role as the transit hub for regional and world. Iran in the Middle East has a strategic position in the world and is the shortest route connecting Central Asia and CIS countries to high sea. In fact, situating the twelve countries of the world thirty landlocked countries neighboring Iran as a transit country is an important advantage.This study examines the role of Khorramshahr port in development transit of goods through the West corridor. The results of this study indicate that due to some inconsistencies and lack of a centralized management and clear strategy, so far, the country could not be considered as a regional transit highway. At the end, proposed solutions to improve the conditions, including advertising and promoting the benefits of routes and the West transit corridor, development, completion and organization of Khorramshahr port transit infrastructure in the form of comprehensive plans of ports development and extension the cooperation of international transport and transit of goods with all countries, especially neighboring countries
