Effect of window direction on buildings daylighting

The energy crises led to a reexamination of the potential for daylighting. At first, only the energy implications were emphasized, but now daylighting is also valued for its aesthetic possibilities ,its ability to satisfy biological needs and its energy saving possibilities. windows are the greatest resource to allow daylight into buildings.The direction of window in a room changes the qualities and quantities of daylight. also daylight changes during days and seasons .the aim of this research is analysis of a room with different window direction during extreme daylight conditions.the window direction and time are variable.Radiance software provides the daylight simulation .the conclusion of this research are contrasted with daylight analysis of a room for different window direction during extreme daylight conditions.
